Tiger the Cat

I am Tiger the oldest critter on the Estate. The dogs think they are tops, but.... cats rule and dogs drool.

I am 14 years old. I am much wiser and smarter than the dogs. For fun, when the masters have the dogs out on a leash, I run through and then sit and watch when the dogs get to the end of the leash. HeHe! Guess that tells the story.

Last week they took me hiking. They went to look at the colors and hike in the woods and I went exploring. Wednesday they took me to the Maple River Game Area and on Friday, they took me to the Gratiot-Saginaw Game Area. I had a great time and I slept really well those two nights.

Scrappy

Hi there, I am Scrappy. I am a Dachshund-Shih Tzu mix.

I am the toughest of all of the dogs on the Estate. I don't take no crap from anybody. I am the guy that keeps the rubbish trucks and the semi-trucks away from the estate. I even went to attack one of those big rigs. Boy, you should have seen him run.

I have a boy. When the boy is sleeping, I keep those other dogs away from him. He needs his rest and I will see that he gets it. I really love it when my boy comes back home after being away. I get so excited.

I enjoy riding in the brown bus. They think sometimes I am too uptight for the rides. I don't think so, someone has to keep them strangers away from the bus.

Some say I am a little touchy. I say someone has to maintain order at the estate. And............that would be me!

Smokey

Hi,I am Smokey. I am the oldest dog at the Estate. I am part Cocker and part anybody's guess. I was found abandoned, tied to a tree and taken to the dog pound. Mom was there looking for a pup when she noticed me. Oh,I noticed her too and right away knew she was going to take me home. You see, I was scheduled to be put to sleep the very next morning. Mom said no way! Well, after she sweet talked Dad into letting me come live with them. Boy do I love it here! I get to sleep on the bed and go for lots of car rides. Rides are my favorite thing, I just curl up in the back of the brown bus and sleep away! I don't care where we go! Of course I like Mom to go too but if she doesn't I know she will be waiting for me when i come home. She loves me very much!

Star

Hi There! I am Star the little Shih Tzu on the Estate! I was born in July of 2004. I was eight weeks old when I came to live with these big dogs. I could hardly even stand up! Sometimes these big guys would trip over me. Boy!! My name is Star but when Mom calls "Tweeter Pie" I come running like crazy! That is her nick name for me and I know when she calls that name she is gonna pick me up and love me all over. My favorite thing! I like to run and chase the other big dogs here. Specially after my bath! I am very smart and am not afraid of hardly anything. I weigh almost 10 poounds ya know! My favorite dog here at the Estate is Muffy. Her and I tear and wrestle all the time. Well, til Mom says thats enough, then we go take a nap. that is my next favorite thing. We travel all over the state of Michigan. I have been places that were so neat! Of course wherever we go someone comments on how cutesy I am and that makes Mom and Dad proud.

Max

Hi there, I am Max. I am a full blooded Pug-Corgy Mix. I have fun picking on the other dogs here on the estate. Sometimes I take their toys and hide them. When we are outside, sometimes I like to bump into the other dogs. Boy is that fun.

Best of all I like to lay around. I like propping myself up on the pillows on the couch and take a nap.

I really like to hit the road and travel. Any time them there masters gets in the brown bus, I am ready to go. I visited Port Huron on the 4th of July and went to the Ringwood Forest on Labor Day. I got to hike the trails in the forest.

Sidney

Oh, duh, hullo! I am Sidney. I am the all around nice guy on the Estate. Yup, Yup! I hep them thar masterz find tingz they drop. Wenever they git in any drawerz, I watch to see if there is anyting I can rescu.

I hep give doggie bathz. I give most of the bathz at bed time. Gotz to keep dem der udder dogz clean.

Dat poooodle and I can really ruff house. We have a lotz of fun. Yup, Yup!

I have fun sneakin' up on dem catz. Sceers the crap out of dem der catz.

Da masterz has one of dem der red bugz that dey shinez on da floor. I love chasing it. Boy is dat fun!

Notz much gitz me upset. I am probbaly the happiezt dog on da esatae. I am a German Shorthair and Shih Tzu mix. Dunt ask me, I had nuttin to do wid it.

Chelsey

I am Chelsey. I am a full blood Cocker Spaniel. I grew up near Lansing Michigan and when I was about 5 in doggie years my family gave me to this nice couple who had alot of time for me. They spoil me rotten! I have the typical Cocker attitude. I rule the roost and the food dish! I love to play with anything that loks like a ball. I also love to play in the sprinkler when I can sneak out to do it. Usually get caught though and then have to get dried off! Darn! I love to go for car rides and of course sit on Mom's lap the whole way. I am 9 years old now but think I am still a pup. I can out do any of these young pups at my estate! That's because Cockers Rule!

Muffy

I am Muffy. I am the RatShit at the Praire Dog Estate. I am half Rat Terrier and half Shih Tzu. I have the wonderful personality of the Shih Tzu and the jumping skills of the Rat Terrier.

I have top seniority at the estate. Some of these upstarts think they are top dog. Muffy rules and they drools. When my humanoid goes out to work in the yard, I am his companion. I go out and find a nice shade tree and lay under it. This is in the summer of course.

As I am a lady, I fail to see the neetness of walking through the water or wet grass.

We used to have this neighbor that had some llamas. He called the dog catcher and accused me of humping his llama. He must not be able to see very well, as I only stand 6-7 inches high. And..........I had just come home from having surgery with my tummy all wired up. Anyway, the humaniods on the Estate get very irate when we get near the fence.

My name is Bobo. I live on the Prairie Dog Estate. I have taken possession of a human. He does pretty much what I want him to. He has this other dog called a ratshit. Half rat terrier and half shih tzu. She gets to sleep at the foot of the bed. I sleep where ever I want to.

I was born near Kalamazoo, Michigan. I am full blooded Poodle. I am registered. I am the only one on the estate that is registered. I am a stud, and what a STUD I am. I am quite a traveled dog. I enjoy riding and touring Michigan. I even have my own webpage of my travels. It is at http://www.willett.org/bobo Vacation time is coming and I will be back on the road in Michigan. I am waiting to see where the brown bus takes me.
